I have been rather truant lately in my blogging- its been crazy with work and planning a wedding- no, no excuses, yesterday I just plumb forgot.
What I really want to talk about is mexican hot chocolate. Have you ever tried it? It is incredible!!!! The best hot drink ever! Its richer then regular hot chocolate and they add all these spices to it like cinnamon and nutmeg and I even don't know what else! Trust me though it is tasty!
They don't serve it just anywhere though- no this is a specialty drink. Starbucks does NOT have it, the only 2 local places I know about that serve it is the Naked Bean on Melrose across the street from Starbucks and the Mocha Market in San Marcos on restaurant row. You should get some- tis definitely the season!

Mexican hot chocolate IS the best. The chocolate cube is really good to eat a chunk of plain. Love that stuff.
