Hi all. I feel crummy. My nose is runny, my brain is foggy, and my body is achy. Curling up in bed sounds absolutely delightful right now. I find a lot of comfort in a cup of hot tea. I don't know why but something about it is very soothing and makes me feel better (a little). I got this stuff at home called Yogi Tea. They have teas to boost you immune system, tea for cold season as well as regular types of tea. Right now my favorite is this throat therapy one- it coats your throat and gets rid of that dry, hacking feeling. I have always enjoyed tea- I blame Star Trek really. I though Capt. Picard was so cool and he would always order form the replicator, "Earl Grey, hot" and so I forged into the world of Earl Grey Tea and a passion was born. I still like Earl Grey but now I tend to go more for the less caffinated kinds. Green Ginger, Berry Blossom White, and plain Chai are some of my favorites. I overdid the whole coffee thing a year or so ago so I gave up coffee completely and even now only have decaf on occasion, but instead of my daily cup 'o joe, now I have a cup of tea. And I enjoy it. Today I am having Chai with cream. Cream in the tea, while very brittish, is fairly new to me. I only like cream, so far, in Chai and Earl Grey. I hope this has been educational. Thank you.
