Ok- so check out this incredible picture!!!! That is our winter camp right now. All we need is for the temperatures to stay cold and we will have snow there- so fun, I can't wait! Bring a warm coat and some gloves for a huge snowball fight! You can Click Here to view the webcam from the Thousand Pines website.
It's about whatever I am thinking about when I open it up to update. No plan, no idea what will show up- they are my 'thoughts for the day.' Although throughout the course of the day I think about more things then what appears on my blog, for those of you who were questioning my mental acuity.

Cool Poem
I got this sweet poem that I tholught I would share with all of you. Valerie Hansen sent it to me so you can thank her. Take a second to read- definitely worth it:)
SLOW DANCE
Have you ever watched kids
On a merry-go-round?
Or listened to the rain
Slapping on the ground?
Ever followed a butterfly's erratic flight?
Or gazed at the sun into the fading night
You better slow down.
Don't dance so fast
Time is short
The music won't last.
Do you run through each day
On the fly
When you ask "How are you?"
Do you hear the reply?
When the day is done
Do you lie in your bed
With the next hundred chores
Running through your head?
You'd better slow down
Don't dance so fast.
Time is short.
The music won't last.
Ever told your child,
We'll do it tomorrow?
And in your haste,
Not see his sorrow?
Ever lost touch,
Let a good friendship die
Cause you never had time
To call and say,"Hi"
You'd better slow down.
Don't dance so fast.
Time is short.
The music won't last.
When you run so fast to get somewhere
You miss half the fun of getting there.
When you worry and hurry through your day,
It is like an unopened gift....
Thrown away.
Life is not a race.
Do take it slower
Hear the music
Before the song is over.

I'm back
Wow- it feels like it has been forever!!! Christmas was in Pittsburgh- cold but no snow:( Fun times though. We were back here for New Year's but then gone again on a cruise down the Baja Pennisula! Now I am home and it feels good!
This is La Bufadora- it is a blowhole in Ensenada. There is an underground cave and when the waves come in just right it shoots air out with this funny sound and then blows out water like a geiser! It was pretty neat to see.
Here are some pictures from our trip!
This is Pittsburgh at night from Mt. Washington. You actually ride this really old incline up to the top of the mountian- it's pretty cool (and yes, I took this picture myself:)
Here we are on Christmas Day. We are in Jim's aunt's neighborhood. It is our tradition to take a walk on Christmas - so we did.
This is us in Cabo San Lucas. The water behind us is the Sea of Cortez. It was a beautiful day in Cabo- but when we were at sea it was cold!

Well I'm glad to be home- until next time!
